Expectations and requirements

• Over 5 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of database management, performance tuning, and debugging
• Ability to optimize the performance and reliability of database systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to ensure infrastructure security by comprehending security requirements, adhering to industry standards, and implementing best practices
• Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
