PaymentIQ is all about..

At the heart of CoreOrchestration is PaymentIQ, a SaaS payment orchestration platform built to help merchants centrally manage, optimise and scale payment flows across providers and markets. Through a single integration, PaymentIQ connects merchants to more than 260 payment service providers, reducing the cost and complexity of adding new providers, supporting expansion into new markets and enabling flexible checkout experiences.

Our team brings deep familiarity with payment orchestration operations, including hands-on experience using platforms in both PSP and merchant environments.

Must-have requirements

• Around 2-3 years of experience with active development

• We’re looking for someone with a product mindset, someone genuinely curious about the product, eager to understand how things work on a deeper level, and motivated to make an impact beyond just writing code.

• Ability working both independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to dig into documentation, find the answers you need, and take ownership of your work

• Enjoy developing software and solving difficult problems with simple solutions

• Proficient in written and spoken English (the work is done in English)

Nice-to-have requirements

• We’re aiming for junior to mid-level profiles, younger talents with strong potential and the right mindset. It’s less about having all the skills right away and more about finding people with the right combination of attitude, curiosity, and growth potential.

• Experience in the financial industry and/or e-commerce business is always a ➕

Methodology and workflow
Our methodology and workflow follow Agile Scrum principles. This includes daily status meetings, bi-weekly planning sessions 📲 regular demo showcases, technology review meetings, and monthly retrospectives.

We are committed to enhancing our documentation, and we maintain flexibility in accommodating workflow suggestions while actively supporting initiatives for technical improvement.

• Java 17-21, Spring framework, SQL, Rest/Json , Docker, Redis, TDD, CI/CD, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Spring Boot/Security/MVC, Maven, MySQL, Elasticsearch
