About Naava
The Naava App is the key tool for our own Naava Service teams, for planning and field
service work, and it is also used extensively by our Service Partners. If the NetSuite ERP de-integration is not executed correctly, the mentioned parties would lose access to their everyday tools when the NetSuite contract ends.

The goal is to make this transition phase as unnoticeable to users as possible by
gracefully detaching the App from NetSuite. The optimal scenario is that users can continue operating with existing processes in the new ERP environment, managing
customers, installation locations, and service areas without disruption.

Project Overview
The company plans to discontinue the Oracle NetSuite ERP system and potentially migrate to a new ERP system. Currently, the internal tool, Naava App, is heavily integrated with NetSuite. Detach the Naava App from the current Oracle NetSuite, migrate selected features to the new Odoo ERP, make other features App-independent, and at the same time upgrade the IT backend infrastructure. 

Jumping into this position, we're looking for you to be...

- Strong experience with PHP (Laravel).
- Ability to own and manage backend development end-to-end.

And we're on the lookout for a Senior Frontend Developer to join their team, who will be...

- Highly independent and self-driven, someone who can be trusted to deliver without micromanagement.
- We look for an Executor
- Should be able to propose ideas, understand the business logic, and implement solutions autonomously.
- Expected to take full responsibility for backend development.

Process & Workflow
- Flexible schedule with daily syncs or sprint-based process.
- Onboarding support available at the start. 

Tech stack: 

The application uses Laravel (PHP) for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. Experience with MySQL databases is a must 👌 

Interview Process
1. Step 1: 30-minute intro call.
2. Step 2: 1–1.5 hour technical/business discussion with the CEO. No technical test. 😎
